They did eventually get back to me and help sort things out, but it was a bit frustrating. I had to wait a few days for a response and ended up following up twice before anything really moved forward. It got handled in the end, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience.

I really wanted to like this coffee table because it actually looks nice at first glance... but the quality just isn’t there!!! The finish started chipping within the first week, the edges feel a little rough, and the legs have this slight wobble that’s super annoying. For the price, I expected way better!!

I ordered a walnut dining chair and somehow a white one showed up instead. At first I thought maybe I’d clicked the wrong option or missed something in the order, but the box label had a totally different model number on it, so I don’t really know how that got through. Customer service asked me to send photos, which I did, and then I just never heard back. Maybe I got unlucky, but this was probably my first and last order from Inmod

I was just trying to place a simple order, but the website had other plans. The checkout kept freezing over and over until I felt like I was in some kind of tech nightmare. After fighting with it for way too long, I finally gave up and didn’t order anything.

I ordered from inmod.com and had to return one item. It just didn’t fit my space. The return itself was easy. But the refund took longer than I expected. I had to email them to check on it. I did get my money back in the end. I just wish they sent better updates. Overall, it was okay

Putting this together was a total headache. The parts didn’t line up properly at all, and I spent way too much time trying to force things into place. It made me wonder if the company cut corners just to save money, because the quality control definitely didn’t feel like a priority

I spent some time clicking around the site, but it felt like way more effort than it was worth. The overall style just didn’t do it for me. A lot of the pieces looked kind of cold and too similar to each other, so I kept scrolling hoping something would stand out, but nothing really did. Just not my taste at all.

I feel like I paid way too much for what I got. The quality is just okay and it looks/feels cheaper in person than it did in the photos, which was kind of confusing?? I don’t think I’d buy from Inmod again, tbh

I ordered a chair because the website said it would ship in a couple of weeks, which seemed fine at the time. But once that date came and went, the order page basically stayed the same, so I ended up having to reach out just to figure out what was going on.
The replies from support were not very helpful. They kept saying things along the lines of, "it should be going out soon" or "we're checking on it," but nothing really changed. Then the delivery window got pushed back more than once, and I did not get any actual tracking until right before it showed up.

When it finally arrived, the box was banged up, and the delivery person just left it by the building entrance instead of bringing it to my door. The chair itself was okay, but the whole process was way more stressful than it needed to be
